2. Sync your trail card by scanning the QR code on the trail card
3. Find the 4 activity stations and insert your trail card into the machine to complete the picture
4. Redeem a free ice cream at our booth located at Rainforest Walk (opposite otter exhibit)

Yes, it is free to sign up for the My Animal Buddy programme and we promise to share many fun animal related content with you!

Yes, you can participate in the trail without syncing the trail card to a My Animal Buddy account. However, you will not be able to redeem the free ice cream.

Here's what you should do when the activity station machine is not working:

1. Take a picture of yourself at the activity station with the trail panel
2. Show it to our booth staff who will provide the missing stamp on your trail card.

1. Sync your trail card to a My Animal Buddy account
2. Complete the 牛 (niú) Year New Friend trail
3. Head to our booth near the otter exhibit
4. Present the completed trail card and scan the redemption QR code

Visit us at our booth at Rainforest Walk (opposite otter exhibit) with your completed trail card to redeem the ice cream.
